Located adjacent to the Emirates Palace Hotel, the Presidential Palace is a substantial development across 150 hectares, with a built-up area of over 160,000 square metres. The project included a public majlis, mosque, staff and military accommodation, a services compound, gatehouses, and watchtowers. The project also included constructing a six-metre high and two-kilometre-long seawall, with four million cubic metres of dredging works.
